This 2-hour action based assessment with up to six key players from you organization will determine where you are now, address your biggest “elephants,” identify opportunities, and includes on-the-spot coaching. $995.00 (in person or on zoom)
Individually designed professional development coaching will maximize performance and self-fulfillment. Limited to Marcy’s availability. Unique packages are created based on your needs. Range $5,000- $65,000.
Designed for individual work, or very small shops to provide assessment, coaching, weekly accountability work, a monthly private coaching call and one to two group Q & A calls with Marcy. Join in a small group of like minded major gift officers, board members, deans, volunteers, annual fund staff, event planners, executive directors and more who thirst for life-long learning with a focus on how our thinking triggers, supports and blocks our success. $5,495.00 if paid at one time for a year-long experience.
